Terms of service

general terms

  • All drawings have my signature, it's modification or removal is prohibited

  • I keep the rights over my artwork (but not on the characters used unless stated otherwise). I am allowed to post it on my social media, or portfolio.

  • I reserve my right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable doing, or does not adjust to my terms and conditions

  • you MUST be 18+ to commission NSFW artworks

  • Depending on the commission type, delivering time may vary from days to months.

Payment methods

  • I accept euros (european currency) via paypal or Kofi and USD on paypal only

  • Commissions must be paid upfront if they're 50€/$ or less.

  • Other types of payment plans can be discussed for bigger sums of money

  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission, always using base prices as reference.

Refunds

  • Commissions are fully refundable unless I have already started working on them. In that case: Refunds are not available anymore

  • Partial refunds can be discussed in case you no longer want me to keep up with the commission.

  • In case I'm not able to start or keep up with the order, You'll receive a full refund

  • Do not charge me back in paypal if you're in need of a refund or you will be blacklisted. Message me instead so we can discuss it

Process and revisions

  • Clients can request unlimited revisions of the drawing in sketching stages.

  • There's two free revisions included in the rest of the process. however, if you wish to do any changes outside of these two revisions, it will increase the final price.

  • Small revisions (changing a hand pose, an eye... minor details in general) cost 5€ each. Bigger revisions will cost 20€ and upward, depending on the changes required.

  • Commissions delivery time may vary from weeks to months depending on it's complexity. If you want me to work under a time limit, an extra 25€ will be charged.

  • I will provide images of the process from time to time. These images will have my watermark, and removing it is prohibited.

  • If the client fails to respond to revisions for a period longer than 14 days, the commission will be considered finished by both parties without need of refunds or further work. This also applies to time limited commissions.

Shipping

  • Once i've finished your order, you'll receive the full resolution piece through gmail or discord

  • My art commissions are strictly digital artwork, meaning there's no physical artwork, and thus shipping is not available.

Copyright

  • I keep all the rights over the art I produce, but not over the characters (unless stated otherwise)

  • You are NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE A COMMERCIAL USE TO YOUR COMMISSION WITHOUT PAYING ME A COMMERCIAL FEE. cOMMERCIAL rights are 300% of the final price. Commercial rights include: streaming, books,merchandising, movies..

  • As a buyer, you can use your commision: For personal use only, like posting it on your social media or printing it for your own use.

  • The next actions will be considered copyright infringement and I will take legal actions if needed:

  • Commercial or profitable use without paying commercial fee.

  • say the drawing is yours

  • editing or erasing my watermark

  • Changing or editing the work without my consent

  • Turning it into an nft or feed my art into ai
